Kiss from a Rose....

Perfume is such a personal preference. Over summer I wore Paul Smith Rose everyday - it was so light and fresh, yet still beautifully scented. Another gorgeous one for all you rose lovers out there is this one by Jo Malone. And there are also Jo Malone rose scented candles - so your home can smell like a fresh bouquet of roses....

A Scent for Summer....

Anyone who knows me well knows that I have a love for beautiful perfume. Recently I have been thinking about a new scent for spring / summer.

I absolutely love scented roses, especially towards the end of the day after they have been drenched in the warmth of the sun.

On my walk today I picked a soft pink rose out of someones garden (sorry) and it smells very similar to Paul Smith Rose....

I think I've found my pick for summer.

The scent is based on the Sir Paul Smith Rose, pictured below, which his wife had cultivated for him as a gift. Paul Smith used this rose as inspiration for the perfume which also combines Turkish rose and magnolia.

The body cream is also a must; it's always good to layer.
