A Sleepy Sunday

For me there are two different types of Sunday. There are those where I like to be busy, get out and about and be organised for the week ahead; then there are those which I call a Sleepy Sunday. Sometimes these are needed to rest and relax and are essential to start the new week feeling fresh. And Sunday is the perfect day to have an afternoon nap. All you need is your most comfortable clothes, a nice quiet area, a couple of soft pillows and close your eyes and let yourself drift away, the new week will begin soon enough.
